Thigpen's Hideaway is the perfect outdoor vacation destination located approximately 1 Mile from the Pond Creek Wildlife refuge. We currently have 4 beautiful cabins on the bank of the cossatot river that are fully equipped with Plumbing, Electric, Heating/AC, kitchenette, bathroom/shower, dishes, utensils,linen & bedding. Nothing needed in order for you to enjoy your stay with us. "Rivers Edge" " Cozy Den" "Twin Oaks" and ''Cubby Hole'' all sleep five comfortably with a Queen size Bed, couch downstairs and two twin size beds in the loft. TV with free wifi. You also have access to washer & dryer & free ice
With each of our cabins you will find an outdoor sitting area with a picnic table, chairs, grill and fire pit. You will also notice our amazing view of the Cossatot River and the advantages it has to offer such as swimming in the summer time and fishing. Each cabin has its own private access to the River. If you are just simply looking for some peace and quiet, the river also brings that feel as well by sitting on the front porch and listening to the faint sound of water flowing past.
For those of you wishing to bring your own "Home away from Home", we have a special place for you as well. Our full hook-ups offer electric, water, sewage, picnicking and grilling. Campers staying with us via campsites are allowed access to the river at a separate location as the cabins.
